"Can’t comment on the atmosphere since we ordered for pick up but they brought the pizza right out to us and were super friendly. I ordered for the office and they were able to accommodate the order same day. Will definitely need to come back here, we got cheese, pepperoni, street corn, supreme, and buffalo chicken pizzas and it was gone real quickly. Everyone enjoyed them!"
"Pizza was burnt. Very bad quality and Mr. Dave who said he was the owner, refused a refund and made excuses as to why. This was a very bad experience with bad customer service. He offered to replace only but mentioned, it must be within the same week. If I did not order this week,(2/21/2024) he would not honor it. He had a very bad attitude and said he had to work 7 days out of the week, so he was not giving a refund. You just don't treat customers that way. Beware! The pictures speak for themselves. I ordered online on your website. I did not order through Door dash, that is your 3rd party that picks the order up. You told me that I had to get the pizza this week nothing about 2 weeks, that is a lie. The bottom line, you do not treat customers the way you did today. Truthfully this is the first issue I've had with Market Street Pizza. I have always enjoyed it. Today the quality was not good. I simply called to let you know that to be greeted with bad customer service. You definitely handled this call the wrong way! Please treat the next customer better when they have an issue. That is burnt pizza below."
"Pizza is very good. Has plenty of flavor and cooked well. It's delivery or carry out only. Wings were very good. If you like spicy, the Hot is a good spicy."
"My absolute favorite place for wings in north Austin. This mom and pop shop's wings are just an appetizer but enough to fill a grown man up. I always get 6 Hot and 6 Sweet Fire wings with their jalapeno ranch to treat myself after a hard day. The staff is always super nice when you call to pick up your order and the owner is a very kind gentleman who you can tell really cares about the customer's experience in every way. The buffalo chicken pizza is also the best I've ever had. However, I always just eat the leftovers from my friend that forgets it at my house, so that should speak to how it is fresh. I will always recommend this place for some juicy WAP (wings and pizza)."
