Pizza Hut

"Everyone, PLEASE check your account after paying your bill, they will add their own tip if you do not leave one yourself. I went back to let them know more money was taken from my account for my bill. They said “maybe your bank knew you were at a restaurant and thought you were going to tip”. What bank does that!???? I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Customer service was poor, pizza was poor - like cardboard, and plus they taking peoples money without them knowing. Will never order again!!!"

"I ordered pizza here today as a pick up. From the start the service was excellent. The guy who took the order by phone was very professional. The setting of this store doesn’t do it justice for what’s inside. I got there when it opened in the morning and was immediately invited inside to wait. The pizza was hot, ready on time, and had generous portions. But BEST OF ALL was the guy behind the counter who was taking orders and cashed me out. Young guy, wearing a hoodie. His courtesy and professionalism deserves 5 stars. He was friendly, attentive, caring and smiled. Better than many other “professionals” I interact with each day. Kudos to him!!! Support this place!! (Atmosphere only got 3 stars because of the location)."

"It was easy to order online. Pizza was ready when I got there to pick up pizza. It was tasty and Hot. Also there was a Special Offered so we saved a few $$. Good Eating!!"

"After watching the new Ninja Turtles movie, we decided pizza was the most fitting dinner, and Pizza Hut was the perfect place to go! We got The Big New Yorker, and it was fantastic, especially with our choice of extra toppings. We don't often enjoy our pizza crust, but Pizza Hut never fails to have top-notch crust. The employees at this location were super kind and attentive, as well, with multiple employees checking in with us and answering any questions we had. Couldn't have asked or dreamed up a better experience."

"This Pizza Hut isn't very efficient. I ordered my food and the application advised that it would be here at 7:28. I call the store at 7:54 to ensure that it will be here and that the driver did not get lost. They answer the phone, I inquire about my order and a lady in the background stated 'Tell her it will be there soon'. This initial conversation with Pizza Hut and the employees made it seem like I inconvenienced them to ask where the driver was. They did not apologize for the food being late, just advised that it would be here soon. The driver gets here a few minutes after I got off of the phone. I started to eat and noticed that ALL of the food was soggy and cold. None of it was remotely warm, I mean, I wouldn't expect it to being 30 minutes late. Then, we were missing food. We did not get our cinnabons, although we did get the extra icing we ordered for them. I called and a woman advised that it was not on the ticket and asked if the driver gave me our ticket. He did not provide the ticket but I reviewed on my phone with her and noticed that the cinnabons were not visible. She proceeded to tell me there was nothing that she could do because it was not ordered. I remember placing the order on the application but not sure why they did not appear. Then, she advised that it was an application error and I have to call technical support for that. We also addressed the cold and soggy food. She advised that she would give me a $15 credit to my account and that it would appear once I order something from the application and place items in my cart. I did this a few hours later to check and see if there was credit and there is no credit to my account. She now apologized for the food being late. Bottom line, none of our food is edible because the boxes were soaked with condensation from being in the drivers car for so long. The boxes are even cratered in due to the amount of moisture on the outside of the boxes. The cheese sticks are complete MUSH on the bottom of them. I'd rather have my money back then a $15 credit to order from them again."
