"This location is horrible. Showed up at 1230 for them to tell me the lobby is closed ( which closes at 1) and go to the drive thru. I get in the drive thru and the lady says the owner says the lobby closes at 12 and it’s not her problem . Then she proceeds to close the drive thru window in my face, locks it and says they are closed …. HA! This location is pathetic. I wouldn’t waste my time stopping here. They need a new owner and employees. Just drive further down to the spring cypress location where you can get better customer service and workers that aren’t a$$holes!"
"First time going to this location and I did not finish anything I ordered was all terrible. Only the drive through is open later in the day so I placed my order and took it home. Ordered regular sausage and cheese kolache but I ended up with large one with jalapeños in it. Threw that in the trash. Apple fritter was burnt and so crunchy I couldn’t even eat the edges. Ate the middle out and threw the rest away. Glazed donut was soggy and cold. Took two bites and threw that away. Chocolate covered had a tiny piece of black foreign material in the icing. Spit that out and threw that away. Incredible disappointment for my once in a while treat. Never again. When this one was at the old location it was way better. The one on spring cypress is better but I think all the Shipleys are going downhill. Used to be the best now gross."
