"I was assisted immediately upon arrival, the mechanic was very nice and initially I came in to get the air in my tires evened out because one was really low, turns out I had nails in both my rear tires, so they were able to fix my tires for me, for a reasonable price and now I have peace of mind knowing that I will not end up with a flat tire because of those nails."
"Not very good. Manager at the tire department would not answer her phone when associates would call. Could not believe the customer service that was provided. Will not be coming back and most definitely not recommend to family or friends."
"Went to the one on Boca Chica and they took extremely long for not having that many vehicles and had at least 3 other customers as desperate and anxious waiting. Extremely disappointed the front desk girl was careless about the complaints and not helpful at all. Defenately not going back. The one on Ruben Torres has way better customer service and faster wait times."
