Walmart Auto Care Centers

"Walmart Auto Care Service is trash. Now you have to make appointments for oil change and even with an apppointment (I had one at 9am today and arrived early as suggested) they find ways to make it the WORST experience ever. Nothing but excuses given. Customer Service is always as bad as ever...give them credit for being consistent. Don't waste your valuable time and money here. I went Jiffy Lube instead. Great service there."

"Terrible service, front desk clerk is super nice but the techs are so rude, and they take so long for a simple oil change, no sense of urgency at this tire center to get vehicles in and out"

"I dropped off my vehicle at lunch time and told them to take their time as I wouldn't be back till after 5pm. I got full synthetic and even mentioned to skip the vacuum courteousy as had a mess inside but wanted everything else included. When I returned they only did the oil change. They even placed on the report that I declined everything else. My tires were all at 26psi that even my monitoring system advised to check them. But they placed on the report that they were all filled to 38psi. When I brought it up to the techs they even questioned the psi and confirmed all tires needed air. As for the rest of the service, I was told the intake person was probably in a rush and just bypasses it all but on my next service to speak to a manager to assure all was done and ask for a discount. I've never heard of such ridiculous service. Never again"

"I went to the Auto Center because I had a tire on my Honda that I thought had a slow leak for the last for months and I wanted to have the tire patched if possible. Well the technitions couldn't find a hole, slit, or open seam in the tire and they even put it in water! I have been here several times to get that tire filled with air and never once have I been charged (even when they took my tire off to look for a hole) and nobody would accept a tip!"

"Horrible service I bought tires for my car 3 weeks ago spent almost $500 on them was told that there would be warranty on them for road hazard if anything to bring them back anytime for service. I was getting into my car at 6:26 and noticed front tire a bit low so drove straight there arrived within 5 minutes. I was told that they couldnt service my car because they were gonna close already and they had 2 cars ahead. I was like ok so not even to check if its a nail or something he said no sorry. I was upset because they have my money already and was basically pushed away we cant help you now. So then I asked him what if i go else where to get repaired he said if its not Walmart he was like it voids the warranty I was like are you serious so what am I supposed to do now. I left never again"
