"Not a fan of this location. And they don't let you know that nuts are in their cinnamon rolls. Personally, why would you throw nuts in cinnamon rolls? But overall not the best Shipley's at all"
"Kolaches arent wrapped in aluminum foil, making them toasty and keeping them HOT, The cream filled donuts arent filled with cream anymore, there filled with a weird filling that tastes weird. Will no longer drive fir 35 min to get here, no longer worth it. It was good while it lasted!!"
"Very unappetizing. The strawberry and chocolate filled donuts were overfilled to the max. The filling was seeping out everywhere and I had spoon out 3 or 4 TABLESPOONS of filling to be able to eat it. No customer service. Just packed our donuts and left them on the counter. No bag or napkins. I had a baby carrier and a toddler with me so there was no way to carry the big box so my toddler had to carry it and of course it all fell on the floor. Giving 2 stars because the manager came and apologized that no bag was provided."
