Shipley Do-Nuts

"This the worst Shipleys based on customer service. Beside the African American lady that works the front. She’s great. Always positive and putting her customers first. The rest of the crew needs to be trained on customer service. They have no skills and are extremely rude. I was coming her every morning to get my child a special reward every morning but for now on I will just get up a few minutes early to go to a different location. I just can’t take being mistreated every morning. Please improve your customer service."

"I don’t say this often but I absolutely hate this location and I hate that it’s the closest donut shop! Someone always has attitude especially the Sarai girl! I asked to have our donuts warmed when ordering and again to her at the window. Instead of acknowledging the requests she just gives a look and turns and walks away! Not everyone wants cold and stale donuts! Also, many times they don’t come over the box and you have to keep saying hello and when they do answer it’s with an attitude like you’re inconveniencing them ( it was around 11). I think they do it so people will drive off and they can continue doing nothing. I’d rather drive out of my way than to give them one more dollar!"

"it was only 10 minutes before the closing time, and a family had just came out and had their food. As I walked up to the door it was locked at first i was confused because it was still open, so I go ask the lady thats working at the cashier outside the door asking if they were closed and she ignored me and i asked her again and she gave me a face and attitude and saying yes in a sarcastic way, was very rude."

"It was about 5 or 6 minutes until the (already early) closing time of 5pm and the young lady working there simply ignored me, the only vehicle in the drive through, possibly in the hopes I would wait until closing. I quickly drove to the front after waiting a few minutes, and there she was, doing nothing at the desk. I told her I was in the drive theough, she simply said "Yeah, we're closing." and proceeded to take my mother and I's order. Yeah, I'm thinking she's in the wrong endustry or she may need some training.... but sometimes you can't fix lazy. If I see her there again, I'm not ordering. There's another location close enough."

"I paid for a large chocolate milk and the girl gave me a little carton of chocolate milk and I paid for the large I didn't even see it until I went home. UPDATE : I went back because I got a free coupon and the morning crew SUCKS. The coupon said I get 2 free donuts and they said I have to buy something but it didn't say that on the fine print. I'm tired of little girls trying take my money at this location and they probably pocketed the money too."
