"Loved stopping and getting my Starbucks every morning from here on my commute to work BUT I’ll never come back to this location again due to the rudeness I experienced from Maggie. I spent well over $50 this specific day I came in on food and drinks for my family and her attitude and aggressiveness was uncalled for. I didn’t treat her the way I was treated and there was no reason for it. I guess she was having a bad day and I got the back end of that stick that day. I’ll go one more exit up from here on out and get my morning coffee from the next location on 1960. It’s a shame to have people in the customer service industry not know the meaning of customer service. I hope Maggie’s day got better after I left. Sorry for asking that one of my drinks be modified, had I known it would have ruined your day I would have shut up about it."

"I love Starbucks. However, this was my first visit to this location. I gave them two stars because it was very clean inside and Cymone (I believe that's how it was spelled on her name tag) is AWESOME!!! She deserves a raise and a completely different staff. They were moving slow and in the corner talking. I don't believe I will return to this location again,."

"The general lack of common sense is sad. I am so tired of buying 3-4 drinks and them spilling because there NEVER seems to be any cup holders. How is it that this store CONSTANTLY runs out of cup holders, all the time regardless of day of the week but worse on the weekends. I’m struggling to carry them to my car, trying my best to drive carefully and not make sudden turns only to arrive work 45 minutes later and it has spilled! Multiple times! And then the Barristers lack the common sense to put it in a drink holder on the RARE OCCASION when they are available. How do you make 3-4 coffees with the same darn name on it but the person has to arrive and ASK for a cup holder? Yet they expect a tip? For what ? For lack of common sense? Nah, I’m done tipping. As a matter of fact, these days I go to the Starbucks off 1960. I’m tired of feeling frustrated every time."
