"I got the caramelizer with whip cream. Wasn't exactly sure how to customize drinks so I feel like I missed out. I know they say us 4 looking confused but they were busy so I guess they didn't want to bother to suggest drinks. The drink was okay but overrated. I enjoy Starbucks more, maybe even Tim Hortons."

"Miss the people that use to work in this location, they were always so happy and willing to get your order right. Today I went thru the drive thru and the atmosphere was completely off. They asked if I wanted my change in quarters and I replied with “no, I would not be” and the girl in the back who went to the back to get the change rolled her eyes annoyed. Not only that when she handed us the drink with an attitude she walked away. I called out to her for a straw (she didn’t even offer it like all of the workers before did) and she just ignored me. I would recommend to be careful who y’all hire bc ppl come here to be treated right not to be greeted with a bulldog face."

"Visited on 2/2/24 at night and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The taste of the drink was noticeably off, and it was evident that something had gone wrong during the preparation process. I kindly approached the staff to explain the situation and requested a remake. She just gave me red-bull concentrate… However, I was informed that they were unable to accommodate my request. Drove to the one on louetta the one I usually go to, she said Dutch bros honors drink that you aren’t satisfied with. Also told them what happened and were quick to remake and told me that there keg was probably out and didn’t mind to change it that’s why it tasted flat and really syrupy. I get this drink all the time when I do come. (ice eclipse rebel extra sweet)"

"Had ordered a large iced Golden Eagle Chai with vanilla and caramel drizzle. It was tasty and will order again. The only thing is they didn't even have seating outside the place. It is only pick-up and drive-thru. Add some chairs please. Otherwise the drink was very good. Came here Aug 22."
