"Doors locked at 8am. Multiple customers made eye contact with employees and no one opened the door or said anything, open sign on. I guess they don’t care about the money."
"Great service! I got 2 dozen for my daughter soccer team and I asked the lady to please place the donuts laying flat so they were not all messy and she did!! It seems simple but other locations wouldn’t do it and if they put them on the side it gets very messy. I am giving a 4 ⭐️, because I did notice their price was higher than other locations."
"SAVE YOUR SELF A BAD EXPERIECE BY GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE. I work near by & this place is usually closed. And when it's open the lady at front is the rudest if you are NOT a man. She won't even aknowledge you until you ask her for something & when she does help she is beyond rude & makes faces at customers & not to mention that everytime she over charges me. I often have to questionned her about the prices. Kolaches are also always cold and she won't even heat the up, she will tell you to do it yourself as they have a microwave outside in the lobby."
"Donuts we purchased at 7 am on a Sunday were not fresh at all. They were at least a day old probably 2 because this place didn’t seem busy at all. They were hard and stale. My kids wouldn’t even it eat them. I hate wasting money so I took a few bites, the inside which is usually white and moist had become hard and soaked in old brown what appears to be cooking oil. We usually go to the one off hwy 90 by hwy 6. That place always has fresh donuts. This place is not up to the usual Shipley standards."
