"Ordered 2 matcha lattes. They don’t even fill the cup. Once the foam disappears this is how much is left. Didn’t taste how we usually get it either. Mostly just milk with a hint of matcha. I’ll stick to the Missouri city location from now on."

"Order was wrong. No big deal it happens, called to get a refund or credit, was told can’t do that over the phone. I said that since the mobile order clearly states what I ordered and this location made it wrong I shouldn’t have to come back in which is not convenient at all. She said can’t do it, even though I’ve gotten a credit to my account previously. 1 star because no apology, absolutely nothing said but telling me she can’t do anything about THEIR mistake. I understand human error occurs but this was just horrible customer service."

"Most of the staff is friendly besides this one taller girl with shorter black hair. She’s super rude majority of the time. They take all day. I sat for 35 minutes one time through the drive thru. Now it takes me 15-30 min easily most days. They aren’t quick at all."

"Bad BAD customer service , I’ve ordered the same drink the same way for 3 years straight. Salted caramel cream cold brew extra foam extra drizzle. Was handed my cup and I said “ oh I ordered extra foam” mind you that’s allllll I said. The. She preceded to argue with herself about where the line and measurements on the cup is and I’ve been ordering it wrong and they’ve been making it wrong , and she slammed the drive thru window and said I’ll remake it. And then came back with the same drink and handed me a small cup of foam in it…. I didn’t get her name so the best I can say is on 11/6/23 @12:38 pm register 4 she said she was the one that made it ….slightly tall, thin , black hair pulled tightly back"

"On 10/8/23, I placed an order under my boyfriend’s account for pick up instead of my account. We we went inside to get our drinks and I realized I selected the Iced Espresso drink on the app without cold foam instead of the one with. I informed Ann apologetically regarding me forgetting and asked if I could have it added and she rudely replied, “you’ll have to pay for it.” My boyfriend and I both looked at each other and assumed she was having a bad day. He left out to go get his wallet and I went to the register and informed the gentleman there (I wish I asked for his name) about my drink and me forgetting to add cold foam to the order. He kindly said, “ that’s ok” and informed me that he would add it. Being that I come into Starbucks every morning maybe 3 or more times a week at this same location and spend over $30 each Sunday, I assumed he knew that I was a regular customer which made me feel appreciated and important; however Ann interrupted and said, “make sure you ring it up.” At this point all I can do was laugh because I felt that she was going out of her way to make sure I was going to pay the $1.35. I had no problem paying extra for something I wanted, but the principle was how she communicated with me. I wanted to make sure I wrote this review and I also called corporate just to express how I felt about the entire situation. Hopefully the next time she has a better attitude or call off if she doesn’t. My review is for Ann and Ann only."
