"Very strange interaction this morning. I ordered my latte for drive-thru pickup & as I am telling the individual over the mic the name on the order, she goes “who?” I state my name again & I get another “who?” I didn’t think much of this considering my first name is tough to pronounce. With that in mind I waited about 5 secs & stated, “First name: K’Vondrick, last name: Parker”, simply for her to understand what I am saying. Her response is then, “I don’t need all that love, first name is fine.” Well, what in the actual hell then? Lol. Apparently, you did “need all that” because you clearly did not hear me the first two times & I was simply trying to help you out, love. I heard other comments come thru the mic after that weird interaction, but I couldn’t make out what she was saying because I was annoyed at that point. Listen… If it’s too early in the morning for ya, choose a different shift. If you don’t like your job, choose another one. It’s Houston. There’s plenty. There’s really no need for unnecessary rudeness, especially early in the morning when folks already are trying to gather themselves. Coffee was bussin’ per usual tho. Don’t be doing no weird stuff to my order moving forward because of this post. Thanks."

"I’m a lover of Pumpkin Spice and a regular in fall season, but this location is not the best to visit for it, it was the most unflavored coffee I have ever had. They seems to work just to complete quantity of orders and forget about the quality. Never coming back to this location"

"I literally just drove off from this Starbucks and I must say that this is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve been to I promise im starting a fact here. I ordered two feta spinach egg white wraps and two iced coffees, the wraps WERE COLD AND UNDERCOOKED!!! Disgusting. My blonde latte taste like McDonald’s coffeee. Employees were nice but this place is not it. First and last time pulling up."
