"Eric was a pleasure to deal with this morning, highly professional and extremely competent in his ability to handle my large order of 12 bags of coffee + a couple of drinks and food items. I really enjoyed his focused, compassionate and warm attitude while he prepared my order. He made sure that everything was correct, and the baristas preparing mine and my wife's coffee also nailed their landings (our coffee's were delicious). This is also a great location with very consistent staff and they tend to have the better selection of coffees available. For instance, I was able to get all of these: 1. Summatra 2. Decaf Summatra x 2 3. Espresso Roast 4. Blonde Espresso Roast 5. Komodo Dragon Blend 6. Tribute Blend 7. Siren's Blend 8. Guatemala Antigua 9. Green Apron Blend 10. Sun Dried Ethiopian 11. "This just ruined my future visits for this Starbucks location. I asked the lady at the speaker if she can put light ice as I'm already paying $5 for a medium cup and only able to get a few sips out of my espresso. She said she cant do light ice so i tell her can she just please put light ice, i get it like that at every other bstarbuck location. She said ok thats fine. I then get my cup and noticed she topped off my cup with nothing but ice. She litterally hustled me and sold me a cup of ice for $5. What a rip off"
