"Only one employee for drive though and one employee inside the store. I think they’re understaffed and the girls there did an amazing job taking care of us and were taking orders as best as they could. More help is necessary to not over-stress employees."

Evan is the most kindest barista and makes literally the BEST tea for me (I drink matcha) the customer service here is top notch from everyone. I have only had amazing experiences here and these people are like my family at this point"

"They employees at this location are rude . I've gone during different hours, and same , they are rude . They don't pay attention when you order, they have an attitude. No matter how nice you are and how much you try to be cordial, they are rude and lack manners. I rather drive extra and go to a different location."

"I come to this Starbucks most of every morning during the week along with two other ones near by since I work in the hospital down the street. Today's visit was the absolute worst!! It’s not like it was busy as it is on some mornings. I always like to order in advance to be in and out. Today I ordered two drinks and a pastry. I arrived and my drinks were ready but my pastry was not which was an apple croissant. I waited and waited for about 20 min. I walk up to one the baristas preparing drinks by the mobile pick spot and ask her about my order and proceeded to tell me to go and ask the cashier cause she did not know where my food was. Immediately ticked me off cause that was the wrong answer and the way it was said. I proceeded to the cashier and she asked me how can she help I told her that I’ve been waiting for over 20 mins for my pastry and she walked back with me to the mobile area and there was my sticker with my order the barista who I approached first was supposed to tell me they were out of what I ordered and she completely ignored it and disregarded it. I told her I wish someone would of said something and I could of ordered something else and on top of that I already paid for it. She said well we’re out of it so want something else. I ended up just getting a croissant. No apology was given didn’t even try to fix the situation, and of course no visible name tags. Yeah never again, you just won yourself a bad review. Y’all may not even care. You will hear my complaint. I rather drive out a little further to royal oaks or Harwin locations and be upset and disappointed in service somewhere else. Leave satisfied with service and appreciation."

"I have not ordered much from here other than coffee. I did try their cake pops and they were good. For the past 2 weeks I have stopped by here 3 times and tried several different drinks that they have. I'm experimenting, trying to find my one go-to drink. I will keep going until I find "The One" ."
