"The coffee is 90% of the time mostly sugar, water, whatever other flavoring and then barely any actual coffee. If you get anything but iced coffee it seems like they just water it down so they aren't losing money. Seems to be pretty consistent with all starbucks in katy area recently."
"Ordering ahead for in store pickup has been a nightmare on more than 1 occasion for me in the past few weeks. Today is the second time that I had to leave without my drink order. The first time, it was busy (~7:40am) so I just told the barista to just give my tea to someone else. Today, I placed my order while I was getting dressed for work at 6:37am. The lady asked if I was waiting on an order, I told her my name and she said that she didn’t receive an order with my name. She asked me if I was sure that I ordered for in store pickup or if it was for the drive thru. I went to my car to get my phone to show her my receipt that says that I ordered it for in store pickup. She turned around and said something again about the drive thru. I told her again that it was for in store pickup and showed my receipt. She says that she was getting some orders, but none were for me. So I said that I had to go to work and started to walk out. As I was leaving, she then offered to make my drink. This is ridiculous."
"The staff, for the store is rude. I walked in and was standing at the counter a young lady duck down behind the counter to do something in a cooler and just insist on allowing me to wait whilst both a gentleman & another lady standing at a prep area behind her turned around and looked at me never once did they acknowledge me or say, will be right with you or anything when I ask hello can someone help me She came to the counter and said what can I do for you? And had a bad attitude I will never patronize this location. I left will not tolerate being disrespected!!"
"I love this Starbucks. This is the first time visiting this location. Such a nice location and even better staff. Super friendly and they got my coffee out fast."
