"Marco was fricking awesome! I called to see if I could get a refund after talking with Doordash and being denied assistance with a driver stealing my food. Marco listened to me and offered me most of my order if I would pick it up. Him and his staff went above and beyond what they needed to do to try and make the situation right and while I may not be using their delivery service anymore I will for sure be stopping by to order from this store again!"
"Ignore the bad reviews. Those are for an old location that closed years ago. This new Little Caesar's is clean, the staff is friendly, and you just scan a QR code to pick up your online order. The magic oven opens its doors, and away you go. Easy, easy."
"Went in to get a Hot-n-Ready, it was both and tasted great. Staff were attentive, working hard, and orders were going-out expediently. After the previous location at Lake Creek Parkway closed it was quite a drive to any of the others; It’s great to have a Little Caesar’s in northwest Austin again."
"A visit to Little Caesars on a Sunday night triggered memories from my high school job there many moons ago, and I have to admit, I was genuinely impressed. Despite a 45-minute delay, potentially due to an earlier employee departure, the staff remained remarkably composed, efficiently managing the situation. Personally, I'm unsure if I would have maintained the same level of composure. Notably, this store is distinct from the previous one further up 183, now closed. The fresh and polished atmosphere makes it a place I'll definitely return to, primarily because of the commendable way the employees handled the evening."
