"We went to their grand opening and enjoyed an assortment of different coffee flavors and teas. Food & Drinks (3/5): Their coffee is competitively priced, but it lacks the robust taste of other coffee competitors. I'm unsure if this might improve over time as the store gains experience, or if we simply went at an off time. However, their tea was phenomenal. It had a great balance of tea and sugar, and they offer a variety of options. Service (5/5): As it was their grand opening, there were moments where you could still see them calibrating their systems. Despite this, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we received our drinks promptly. They also have modernized payment systems, offering tap-to-pay and rewards programs. Atmosphere (5/5): Beautiful and clean environment. They have three large tables suitable for small groups and those looking to study after classes (great for students attending nearby HCC or UH Victoria). The tables have outlets underneath for convenient device charging. Overall, the biggest area for improvement lies within the coffee's taste. Everything else exceeded expectations."
