"Niko Niko's on West Sam Houston Parkway wasn't just lunch, it was a flavorful lunch hour! My family and I chowed down on the most amazing gyros, pitas, and garlicky meats. But the party didn't stop there! We shared mountains of crispy falafel, hummus smooth as a cloud, and fries that were pure golden magic. Our server was awesome, always there with a smile and a refill, making the whole experience feel like a warm hug on a chilly day. "I guess I consider myself a frequent customer @ NikoNiko’s. I probably come several times a year to both locations in Houston but the west side more. My goto is a gyro or gyro plate but have had many items on the menu. Everything is really good, I love the lemon potatoes. The restaurant is always clean and service is fast. You order at the register and then pick up at counter when it’s ready. This doesn’t take away the from the experience and it’s still a great place to take a date or a friend. The humus is excellent and the pitas are soft and fresh. In a lighter mood, grab a Greek salad which is big enough to share and 100% excellent too."

"Came to celebrate my birthday however I could not take advantage of the birthday reward because they told me their system wasn't working. This also affected the rewards program on their app, they told us the purchase can't be scanned for rewards because their system was down. The bill for our dinner was close to $200. We also got about $50 worth of desserts to go. It is disappointing no solution was offered by staff for this problem. Food and desserts was good."
