"I ordered online then I get there and they tell me I must be wrong. I check my order and it’s right. So I get attitude and they make the wrong order then the second person gives me more attitude. They make the order again and as they hand it over the entire drink spills on me and the person closes the drive thru window not wanting to help me with napkins! This is A first at this location because it’s my prime location. I swear I will get to corporate if I have to. This was beyond bad service!!!"
"This place is great for a pit stop to relax and mellow out. The service was quick and polite! They have outlets along the windows which is great to do work with or just a regular date night."
"This was my first visit at this location via drive thru. The guy who took our order was nice and very good at multitasking but he wasn’t too attentive. I had to ask multiple times for a straw. I’m not sure if they were understaffed but he was working the drive through, taking orders and doing something else (not sure what the 3rd thing was). Also, they didn’t put a sticker on my cup like other locations but maybe it’s because they are new. Next time I will go inside and hopefully have a better experience."
"Pretty good service really kind people but please teach your employees to sanitize their hands, or wash their hands or use their elbow when they're going to cough. Had a staff member cough directly into his hands and then touch the lids of my coffee cups as he gave them to me in the drive thru. Utterly unhygienic."
"Nice little Starbucks here in Houston. Staff was friendly and made the drinks super fast. Everything was clean and organized and well kept. Recommended."
