"I think I am blown away by the fact that I have to replace sugar for sugar free and it is an extra 2-3 dollars. Starbucks has no sugar free drink options but charge their customers to make accommodations to the drinks. I ordered a regular drink and asked for sugar free vanilla instead of regular vanilla and the price increased to an additional 2 dollars."

"I frequent this location several times a week to work. The location is clean, efficient, and consistent in their quality of drink making. They greet you when you walk in and also tell you goodbye when you leave. However, the real STAR of the show is Tyra. She learned my name within a couple of visits, and now greets me by that every time she sees me. She's memorized my order, and makes it PHENOMENALLY every single time. She is such an asset to this location, and truly understands the customer experience. Whatever you do, DO NOT LOSE HER! THANK YOU FOR BEING SO WONDERFUL, TYRA!"
"Hey T, you are the best coffee maker I ever had, you are fast and never got my coffee tastes change, every time i order 1-30 cups different coffee you never got me wrong.
