"2nd week in a row that these guys just cannot get an order right. Add ketchup and mayo came back with no veggies. Last week, no cheese, or ketchup and mayo, yet paid for cheese and tasted awful. We do not frequent BK as a rule due to this. The cokes are even worse. Tastes like you just turned a bottle of syrup up. God forbid you veer off from the picture on their order boards as it frazzles their minds beyond belief. We are done with this franchise."
