"I come to this Dunkin very often and every time my order is correct. Staff is super friendly especially Michelle, she always has a smile on her face and is more than willing to go above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with my order."
"Came by 11/25 @ 2:16pm. The guy that took my order was in a bad mood and kept asking how many creamers and sugars were needed and even after he was asked in a polite way to put six creams and four sugars he decided to prepare the coffee to his own taste. Please check your order before leaving the window. Not sure why they even bother asking… I am sure this ppl are underpaid. It’s not the customers fault. Not going through this drive through again."

"Disappointed with the quality!! $12 for munchkins and this is what you get… It may be hard to tell, but the larger munchkins are the size of quarters, The blueberry like dimes… the staff is great, but the product is going downhill for this loyal customer :/"
"This Dunkin’ is clearly a franchised location and the owners are super cheap and stingy with everything. Not up to regular Dunkin Donuts standards. Employees are never kind nor servicial here, yet they have the audacity to have a tip jar at the drive thru. I come here every so often for breakfast but after today’s experience I won’t be back. I ordered multiple items at the drive thru and the employee must’ve misheard a part of my order even after I repeated it over twice. I didn’t notice her mistake until I got home. When I called to have the single incorrect item refunded, “Ali” told me that wasn’t an option, that it was my responsibility to check the receipt and food. It’s annoying that I’ll now have to e-mail or call Customer Service for something that could’ve been corrected way easier. Luckily a new location is being built on 99 and Clay and will hopefully have different owners."
