"I like Panera and eat at locations all around the city. No issues with food here, but I almost left because almost every table was dirty - and they were not busy. I’m sure we must have just missed the rush, but by the time we left, all the tables were still dirty. The smell of urine from the bathroom wafted out into the food pick up area. Absolutely disgusting. We almost left without picking up our food after encountering this. Leaving a review so that hopefully they can address the cleanliness of this location."
"Employees acted like I should know what I wanted even before I entered and treated me/us like they were doing us a favor by even working there. P.S. was actually the second time in a Panera Bread store, and I went in to see what all the hype was about. Will never go in one again, though."
"I love Panera, but this location is horrible… I have tried to get a salad at least 6 times and every single time some of the ingredients are out. They did not even had baguette today. You normally have a few teas to choose from, not here. A 3 tank machine only has one of them working. Although the restaurant was pretty empty… food preparation took close to 20 minutes. The restaurant looks fairly clean, but you can tell that they don’t clean it often or after customers leave… several tables were dirty."
"Very spacious and the chairs are comfortable. Internet connection here is good as well if you need a place to work or study or simply hangout. Get the app for easy ordering on your mobile or they also have touch screen terminals for easy ordering if you don’t want to wait in line to order at the counter."
