"Long time starbucks fan. Love it. Don't care that it's over-priced. It's delicious. However, over the past year or so I've had a considerable amount of bad service, drink and food. Which is disappointing, but I can sort of forgive...but today I think I was robbed. And I'm quite upset. I ordered a medium iced coffee and was charged $8.15 but ultimately had to pay $10.00! The register was locked, so they couldn't ring or make change; they needed the manager. The manager was missing, I needed the coffee and was running late so I asked the batista, as she was attempting to making change out of the tip jar, if she could just make the drink and keep the change. I figured I'd call the store later. I don't know what she did with the money I gave her but she did make the coffee and when she handed it to me it was a small! If you're going to over-charge me by $4.00+ you could at least make the correct drink! Did I mention there's no receipt? There was no receipt because she couldn't use the register! Unbelievable."

"Supervisor is so nasty, I had a to keep calling, she kept hanging up in my face. The most horrible experience. I caught anxiety trying to explain they had my order wrong. She must have only became a supervisor because of availability and flexibility. The rudeness of her makes me not even want Starbucks. I couldn’t even enjoy my coffee. I had to argue with her I almost cried she was so rude. Then she acted like a child kept hanging up the phone until I called back and ask for the GM. Then she said I can give you a refund or credit. Also offered me corporate number but before she was talking over me never gave me time to explain lies and said I cursed her. It was the weirdest and most rudeness experience I ever experienced from Starbucks. She needs more training and customer service experience."

"This Starbucks employees will lie to you and tell you they don’t have cups other than tall size because they are “preparing for holiday drinks” tomorrow. Then when I get to work both my coworkers were able to get coffees both grande size at the same time frame as me. Rude and unprofessional."

"Solid - very friendly staff, and prompt, reliable service. Pretty consistently serves as a meeting spot for recruiters/headhunters and applicants, and similar professional or quasi-professional sitdowns, which I imagine is incentive for the staff to keep it clean, functioning smoothly etc. The layout may be a newer or smaller floorplan than I’m used to (possibly site-specific, as it’s a stand-alone location), but its exceptionally well-utilized, and accommodates more customers more comfortably than you’d think. Great location - recommend!"
