"My go to spot for coffee. Discovered them while in northern Iowa and surprised when I found them in Houston. This location is just outside my subdivision. My favorites include the pistachio almond blender, white mocho blender, their warm cookies and cake pops. Always get service with a smile."

"If I could leave zero stars I would have. I had the worst experience going to this coffee shop. My entire order was wrong. They charged me for an ENTIRE extra drink. My cold brew was literally the color of snow because I asked for a splash of heavy cream they literally dumped a whole bucket in there.I asked her if she could fix that, she had an attitude, then found that my sandwich (I had asked for NO bacon because I have an allergy) had bacon in it. She was just going to take it off then hand it back to me. When I asked her what I was charged for she then told me about the extra frappe... after already charging me. Finally refunded me then driving off I hear her complaining about me as if I was the one who messed up the order??? and my cold brew still tasted like chlorine. Never going back."

"They advertise these limited time only muffins. I went yesterday and they were sold out by 11. They told me to come back today. So I showed up today before 7 and they said they didn't have any yet. So where is the window to get a muffin? Do you have to show up at exactly a certain time? Do they just offer these muffins as a way to get people to show up even though they have no intentions of serving them?"

"I gave this a 4 star mainly on staffing. I stopped here to try it because it’s down the street and I have never been. I got the turtle latte iced (recommended by a team member). It was good! However when I paid, I paid with cash and obviously was going to have change. Instead of given me my exact change, the person at register asked if i was the random coin change outside of dollar bills. Now this is minimal however, this is something that employees should not ask. I had already put a tip in tip jar. I had them had this to tip jar, but in general you should just give change. I will try again but if this is a norm here I definitely wont be back."
