"I really appreciate the hardworking people at this location! I went in to preorder pizzas for a school party and requested it to be picked up as early in the morning as possible. Both the young man helping me to order last week and the young man who cooked the pizza and rang me out today were so efficient and friendly! Thank you for feeding our community! U rock! The pizzas and the caesar salads were yummy!"
"Placed online order, given 1.5 hour to wait, arrive at store to be told it will be another 1 hour to be made. Refund was not given and employee seemed to not care in fixing 2 hour wait for 2 pizzas. Instead simply said sorry and if I wanted to continue to wait...."
"This is the second time we have ordered from this Domino's and most likely our last. Both times we have had to cancel because of the wait. Last time we waited well over an hour, nobody answered the phone so you had to drive up there to cancel. Luckily they answered this time to cancel over the phone, but 40 minutes into a pick up order and was told it would be another hour to hour and half! I get the being understaffed, but at least have a system that gives the customer the right expectation. Incredibly frustrating!"
