"No service is their service my iced coffee cam out sloppy and made a big mess. I got the Mac and cheese instead of soup and they brought me a half a bowl but my wife ordered soup and she got a full bowl. I had to open my coffee as trying to put a straw in it just added to the mess."

"Panera makes good sandwiches and they’re always switching up their menu. There is always something yummy and new to try. Their service is severely lacking. I asked an employee for a knife and was met with a huff and an eye roll."

"I mean it’s a chain, so I didn’t expect much, but this one seems worse than most. We were the only ones here, but the employees still acted put out that they had to work. The food isn’t bad, but tiny portions for the money. The place is clean, but that probably has more to do with the lack of business than anything. Paul"

"Their pick 2 menu makes no sense. You can order half a sandwich, half a soup or half a salad but not half a pizza or half a warm bowl and then be forced to pay $20 for one meal and no drink on top of that. This location needs a touch up as well! Piles and piles of dishes just stacking away… sheesh"

"Common sense does not live at this store and it most certainly reflects in their work. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. The "manager" has no clue how to run the store. Every order I have placed is missing something. I had cold soup tonight and I was dinning in. Additionally my drink and chips were forgotten. When I asked for a cup the manager stated Panera bread does not serve seltzer water, after it was ordered! The service is always less then sub par and it really gives a bad name to a good franchise. On my last visit I asked for bread and did not get any so I went back in to ask for it. The associate gave me a piece of bread that looked half bitten and he handed it to me with bare hands. The rating is ZERO(0) stars. BOOOOOO you all SUCK! Its hard to be understanding when your are being missed treated, disregarded, and wasting your money. Totally killed a great outing. See photos below for the poor quality and brown lettuce that my spouse was served in their salad!"
