Marco's Pizza

"I ordered a pizza. Was told 45 minutes for delivery. I ordered at 6:19 and the driver showed up at 7:45. He hands my pizza to some random high school kids and ask them to take it to me. Then tells them I need to come pay. So he expects me to walk out to the parking lot to his car and pay him. Then he has no change and no explanation for why it took so long for delivery. I called the store and the guy on the phone was very nice and offered me a store credit. He told me the manager would call me the next day. 3 days later and no response. So i wont be ordering from here again. Update its now 15 days later and still no response from the manager."

"I have been coming to this location for about a year now and a few months ago they came under new management. Since then the pizza quality has gone down a degree and the offers and deals have become more limited as prices have simultaneously gone up. Sometimes my pizza is a little burnt, but I'm the type of person who doesn't mind that kind of thing. I have a gluten allergy so I always get the gluten-free (GF) crusts and they are naturally a bit thinner but the majority of the time they are a good crispiness level. With the new management there are no longer any codes or discounts that are applicable to pizzas that are gluten-free, weather the discount is applied online, over the phone, or in person. This has been a huge turn off for me, and I've only continued to choose Marco's because of the convencience of how close this particular location is. Whenever other people get their normal crust pizzas, they never come out burnt. I cannot speak on the delivery service, as I always pick mine up. The flavor of my pizzas however are almost always good."

"Order about 45 minutes before so I would not have to wait, but when I got there that was when they put the pizza in the oven so ended up being their for 20 minutes. Not a big deal I guess, but when I order the option of 3 times the amount of the topping, I instead got what I expected to be the regular amount option for the topping... I would like to try coming again and ordering what I ordered just to see if it was a fluke, but honestly at this point there is a similar option at little Cesar's that is an extra $1"

"Every time I’ve been here over the last few years it is a pleasant experience, whether I pick up or get delivery. Fast, friendly, correct order and tastes fresh and the pizza is loaded with toppings. One time I placed a delivery order in advance earlier one day and they called to let me know the status and that they didn’t want to make them too early but then got a little busy and short handed and they were gonna be 5-10 min late from the time I had put down. That’s incredible, I was already prepared for a 30 minute window on a delivery order. It was just above and beyond. I’m a big foodie and I go to a lot of restaurants, most of them far more glamorous than a pizza chain, but this location especially has great. quality and service."

"th This is the second time I've eaten at a Marcos location. Not too bad ...I ordered through my phone browser which gave me a lot more ordering options and having it cooked to well-done was a good choice. I also did not recall that they cut it in squares which I actually prefer. They were generous with the toppings and the toppings were very fresh. While the crust was crisp it was a little bit mushy and honestly it kind of really minded me of dominoes just a very basic delivery pizza. Additionally the sauce just seemed like something was missing very Bland not much flavor to it. So overall everything was average. The staff at the store was very nice it was ready when I walked in the door within about 10 minutes so as far as customer service goes they did a great job."
