"Had a very bad experience unfortunately, I would not recommend it, I actually had peers of mine not recommended it but I wanted to give it another try ive gona before and I thought the food was not bad , it was such a disappointment their staff is the worst I went to the store to order food for me and my family and they did not give me my order of tacos and I shouldve checked I just trusted they would be in my big since again I ordered them and PAID for them. I got home tacos were no where to be found and I was very upset that I call them to explain the situation nice and calmly and they were like you shouldve checked because they have a sign that is the worst kind of service that a taco place would not give you the tacos you paid for . I think for me the most upsetting is I live far and I went over there for the food and for my dad to not even eat we had to share from our food, I cant just go again and drive another 20 mins and back , I called them and they were very rude how they handled the situation assuming I was a liar, and that they put it there idk what happened if maybe they were given in another order and by checking the reviews its a common thing they do."

"at la kilena here at Brownsville on old port Isabel, they had mess up my order so I went back because the tortilla was all burn and I wanted a refund but the cashier said that the owner said she doesn’t give refunds back so then I told them okay just do my order again but make sure it’s right so then they did my order again and then guess what, I found a roach on my tortilla. It’s messed up how the owner gets mad just for asking a refund that she never gives a refund and then for her kitchen to have Roaches in your food how I see this they did it on purpose just for asking a refund"
"Mom and pop shop! Great food and clean environment. This is by far one of our favorite taco spots in Brownsville. Located in the middle of nowhere is a tiny bit of Mexican heaven ❤️"
