"Nothing personal, but there ain't no atmosphere at fast food. I arrived 30 minutes before closing and got stuck with what was left over. I have worked fast-food and hated when people came when we had cleaned up to close. So I get it... But it would have been nice to get fresh food. /shrug"
"It absolutely makes a difference when your entire team works together. Gets along and provides excellent customer service and fresh hot food. I am amazed with this location. I live nearby and I've experienced. Other times at this same location with different team members that were not delivering the expected customer service and hot food. I would like to say Congratulations to this team here at this location. You all are doing a great job, keep it up. Work together, keep the food coming out fresh and hot. "I don't understand every time I get out of work I stopped by churches that never had chicken I noticed a pattern around 8:30. they don't cook no more chicken. And before you in order by the intercom they're telling you there's a 30-minute wait on chicken discouraging customers. Sometimes loyal customers get out of work and the last thing they want to do is wait 30 minutes to get food. please someone fix this. Tomorrow I'll be calling corporate as well. But always the same story. Smh"
