"As I recently moved to Brownsville, I was looking for a yoga studio to focus on balance and core strength. Metanoia has far exceeded anything I could have asked for. The owners are amazing. There are so many great classes with amazing instructors. They have created a great culture within their wellness center. And the food… AMAZING! I like smoothies, but their smoothies are absolutely amazing. So yummy! I cannot say enough good things about this wellness center. Try it out for yourself!"
"My husband, my mom, and I all love this place! The owners are so nice and personable. They care about everyone like you are their family. We get busy and don’t come for awhile, and as soon as we show up, we are greeted with welcoming smiles. The food and smoothies are amazing and yoga classes are fun! This is my kind of place!!"
