"Drive thru usually takes forever then when given food it is cold especially the fries they aren’t fresh and are stiff and chewy. They also never give receipts yet when you call to complain after getting home they ask if you have the receipt. Sometimes workers can be rude about your complaints too. Also never gives napkins."
"Stopped by for breakfast and decided for a biscuit meal. Obviously I went through the drive-thru but as usual on an early morning trying to get to my destination I failed to realize that in the bag, I was only given 2 hash brown sticks. Now, if they were for me, I wouldn’t complain but it’s what my six year old wanted and we had to make a detour to get him French toast sticks at Burger King."
"Honest bunch. I didn't buy anything just stopped in to use the restroom before I went to Mexico, and forgot my phone. I called them about it and they went and found it and held it for me until I got there. Every time I go I will support them. Thanks guys."
"Kuddos to this whataburger I was pretty impressed by my order I did mention plz I want my burgers hot and my cheese melted and they did perfect. Tonight's crew did awesome even if I have to drive further to get here and I get good service and great eats and awesome fries will come back again. The way things are going in prices we'll this burger filled me up and enjoyed my meal. Thank you whataburger Staff that was here tonight. And the cook did burgers awesome."
