"Worst new dunkin ever. Look at this croissant and donut it’s pressed like they sat on it. They definitely need trained staff. The coffee roll and other bakery stuff not consistent. Shot of espresso applied without measuring."
"Beautiful new location but staff needs more training asap waiting way too long on orders due to person taking orders at register. While waiting on my order I kept noticing everyone’s orders were coming out incorrect because of the person taking the order at the register. The staff will ask the same questions over and over to still get it wrong it’s frustrating. Shouldn’t have to wait 20+ minutes for donuts that are already ready and a bagel with cream cheese. They are losing money having to remake orders over and over- the manager seems to be the only one moving with intention everyone else is running like headless chickens avoid if in a rush."
"I’ve never had bacon chips before but this must be it. I’ve had Dunkin’ in New York, New Jersey even in Florida, clearly the standards are very different. Maybe it’s the weather causing the oven to be hotter than usual? But those bacon bits were so overcooked it makes Anakin’s skin look moisturized after Mustafar. I’m still rooting for this Dunkin to work well. Also you have a line for mobile orders yet it’s not available on the app? Fix that quickly."
