"I understand that this burger king is right next to the border but they need to speak english to the customers when they are ordering,not all customers are gonna understand some are literally white ppl that don't understand Spanish and we are not in mexico.Literally the cashier's full on Spanish not one word was said in English when taking the order.smh."

"To the franchise owners, a bit of advise, change management, it all rolls downhill. The attitude is terrible, no English is spoken, they don't seem to comprehend what your order is! Chicken nuggets were probably fried a couple of times, they were like chewing gum. Allison is rude as well as the rest"

"This is the second time I order there and both times the cheese is cold like it came out of the wrapper. The burger itself felt under cooked and the order was not the way I told them. I will have to start going to pharr to get a hot burger. The other thing is I was the only vehicle there ordering at the time. I hope they get their act and service together."

"I have been eating there many times and recently the costumer service is bad, the burger before had 2 tomatoes now only serving a small one, not giving me the exact change. All i know is that i am not going there ever again."
