"I am honestly so tired of Starbucks we pay all this money for barista to make our drinks and I've been in fast food. I've worked in restaurants so I'm always a nice person and I always am very understanding but today absolutely not. I have light ice on my sticker and also my drink wasn't even filled up all the way and y'all can look at the cameras and run it back because I would never lie, but I don't have this issue when I come to Starbucks this location during the week they fill my cup all the way so I don't know why the guy made it the way he did but I don't even taste coffee in here. I taste the caramel syrup that I did around the sides. This was terrible. It was too sweet not enough drink so I'm just gonna start going somewhere else and hopefully I have a better experience if Dunkin was closer to me. really Dunkin is my number one but the closest one is 10 minutes away, so I always go to Starbucks because I live right over here but with this location down the drain if I ask for light ice why is that a problem? barely any coffee in here just caramel, ice 1/4 coffee & cold foam with cinnamon."

"I got a Starbucks voucher with about $10 inside. I took it to this Starbucks and tried to purchase a cup of hot chocolate. However, the staff refused to redeem it. Then, the manager came out and said I have to take it back to Starbucks where I got the voucher and redeem it there. I tried to explain to the manager that the gift card number is written on the voucher. She could input it on the computer. The manager was so lazy and refused to enter the 16 digit gift card number printed on the voucher. The staff in Starbucks need to do more basic training to understand how to enter the Starbucks gift card number from a voucher. I took the voucher to another Starbucks across the street and the staff there had no problem entering the gift card number and redeeming the hot chocolate."

"The service here is great. It tends to be empty inside in the morning time so I enjoy the wait for my iced mocha. The service provided by Sarah and the team has been phenomenal, efficient, and makes me feel important in the mornings before I go and conquer my days. Thanks for getting it right guys!"

"People are amazing and helpful and the space is nice and large. My big problem with this place, however, is how dirty it usually is. I have come here three or four times, and I have never found it acceptably clean to be honest. The bathrooms also have a code ro enter which is a little inconvenient, and on top of that it makes you think they are very clean because they are well-guarded or something, but they are not. The entire floor of the store seems to be in dire need of some serious scrubbing and there is small random trash all over the place. I think this place has every potential to get a five star review because of the staff and space as well as location. But it really needs to be cleaned up for that!"
