"This Starbucks location has pretty good team and normally really good service. I used the drive thru on Saturday evening and a gentleman took our order. He seemed annoyed to take my order and he had trouble with the details. When I finally pulled up to the window instead of greeting me, he just stared at me in a way that made me feel super uncomfortable. I payed and he just kept staring at me the whole interaction was so strange. He made me feel like I was interrupting his day. Just had to let someone know."
"There is an employee named Chris and he is very good at his job. I'm sure when he finishes school or whatever he will no longer work at Starbucks but I'm glad he's there for now! They have other employees that are great they always get my drink right and I use the app and it's usually ready by the time I walk in so I can grab it off the counter like some kind of first class Elite customer!"
"We have had excellent service at this location. A gentleman named Philip helped us and was very sweet as well as very professional. I'm usually difficult on my orders because I'm so picky. However, it was No problem at all for Philip. I must say this location is very blessed to have him and I hope he is rewarded for his efforts!!! Would highly recommend this location to anyone!!"
"It still has the jist of everything the other Starbucks had, but we waited for a ridiculously long time for our drinks. Most of the staff were just sitting around, and when we came to order, our cashier left mid-order to get something. Everything else was fine."
