"This location obviously has not trained their baristas properly. I always order the mocha cookie crumble frappe, but never at this location before. The drink tasted like they used too much artificial sweetener. When I asked if they could remake it, the manager told me that the Java chip, double chocolaty chip frappe & the mocha cookie crumble are all the exact same thing & would not remake it. Very disappointing."
"Mobile orders could be more organized. Employees that are scheduled to work the mobile orders should handle the mobile orders. Drive thru employees need to stay in drive and worry of that so orders won't get out of order or taken by another customer."
"I come here often, they are always so nice and fast! They answer any questions I have. Even if it's busy it's still fast and delicious."

"Usually this Starbucks is great through the drive through, today I did a Mobil order and the girl working the espresso area with glasses, pigtails, and a rainbow bandana had a bad attitude. She gave us our drink without a straw(they are behind the counter) when I asked for one she said give me a minute and continued doing other stuff, she finally got the straw and threw it on the counter without saying anything. Then we politely said excuse me.. we got 2 cakepops too, she said I know...and continued doing other things again. Not a great experience today:("
