"Tried it for the very first time and was very pleased with the food and service. They have very good prices on the lunch specials and prices overall are very reasonable. BBQ was super delicious and had tons of flavor.Bristed was moist and bbq sauce is really good too. Waitress was very attentive and service was fast. Would definitely recommend to friends and family."

"Service was pretty bad. We stopped in on a Saturday morning and placed our order at 10:52. There were people already waiting for their breakfast. I believe 1 family was dining in and also waiting for a to-go order and there was one other gentleman waiting for his food. I ordered 3 chorizo and egg breakfast tacos (.99¢ ones) and I ordered a breakfast plate with huevos rancheros, refried beans, bacon and diced potatoes. I ordered another breakfast plate with the same thing but added barbacoa, plus a 1/2 lb of barbacoa. Our To-Go order took forever. We finally received our order @11:35, so 48 minute wait. No one ever came to give us an update, but I can only imagine there were 1 - maybe 2 people in the kitchen. The waitress was not very attentive as she never came over to let us know or give us an explanation about the wait time. Food was good. The barbacoa was tasty. The flour tortillas are much smaller than your Stripes tacos. I had to reheat my bacon because it was cold, soggy chunky, chewy - almost like beef jerky. The salsa for the rancheros was dry and was also cold, it should at least be room temperature. My husband loved his scrambled eggs and said they were the best eggs he's ever had: fluffy, they had a lot of texture, rich flavor and filling. Perfectly seasoned. My boys enjoyed their tacos and barbacoa was great, very subtle smokey flavor and meaty, (not a lot of grease). I had previously rated Frankie's a 2 because of the lack of customer service and the 46 minute wait....also the bacon and salsa but after writing the pros and cons, I will rate it a 3. Food is good but still not a great experience."

"Brisket quesadillas were good. Started us off with some of the best soup I've ever had. Extremely friendly and welcoming service. Only negative was they don't serve bkfst menu in the afternoon. UPDATE: actually went for breakfast, had the breakfast bowl. It was pretty good, service was still friendly, but they don't have coffee! I don't think I've ever seen a breakfast place with no coffee. Choices were softdrinks, Iced tea or water..."
