"Horrible experience !! Chicken sandwich was drenched in spicy mayo , had no pickles. Fries were dry and not fresh. No ketchup was included or even napkins. It's like, man, I pay 13 bucks for this garbage, I rather just go to the golden chick in the area. The food was gross, and customer service was disgusting. I ain't driving to this kfc ever again! I'm sticking to the one is Mission."
"Gross place rude environment. There employees lack hygiene. This employee Jennifer literally breaths horrible..I couldn't even order."
"Poor customer service. 2 little girls gossiping at the drive through window. Not paying attention to what they are doing. I had to wait for the order and they still didn't get it right, didn't give a receipt either. Managers really need to get their staff in order."
"Drive thru order ordered a #2. Got a 1 and doc pepper was watered down. Did speak to manager will be good for a #1 and a large soda. Will be good for a period of 2 weeks. Did not enjoy meal"
"Placed my order for dine in and waited almost 20 minutes to receive my order. I go to the counter to check on it and they hadnt even started on our order. When my order was given to me, no explanation or apology was given. Another elderly customer before me was returning a very raw chicken. No apology for her either. Employees were distracted on personal stuff (phones). Will not be going here again and do not reccomend it."
