"Thank you to Dunkin' and the management there in New Braunfels who fulfilled a large donut order two mornings in a row and donated a portion of the donuts for our school's Donuts with Dad event! The staff were kind and wonderful to work with, and the donuts were delicious and enjoyed by all. Thank you!"
"Should have listened to my wife. She warned me that this location was awful but I came here because the other location was out of blueberry munchkins (turns out this location was out too). My ham and cheese roll ups looked like they were prepared by someone who had completely given up on life (see attached picture). Both of our caramel flavored drinks had no signs of caramel flavor whatsoever. The one thing this location was fully stock up on? Horrible attitude. The girl in the drive through didn't give us what we ordered, then rolled her eyes when I pointed out that we were missing items, she claimed I didn't order them, I offered to pay for them again and she sighed and said she'd just "give them to me" even though I had already paid for them. Do yourself a favor and go to the other New Braunfels location, they care and do a great job there."
