"Black Creek seemed like a perfect place to go to to get coffee locally in town. When my friend and went to get coffee, I ordered a croissant too. The lady at the front was very disrespectful and pretended like she didn’t hear any of the questions I asked. My friend and I LOVE to try local coffee shops. However we were very unhappy with our experience here. They took many orders after us and they were able to get their orders right away. My friend went up to look to see if the croissant was ready, and they pretended like they didn’t see her. We walked out wasting $3. It was over 15 minutes we waited. However, the coffee does taste good, but we will not be going back there again. I don’t know the name of the lady taking the orders, but she is very rude."

"Black Creek Coffee may look like your average neighborhood coffee house, but Black Creek Coffee is anything but! I wandered in with my kids on a Friday morning, and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff and incredible aroma of roasting coffee. The coffee shop was filling up quickly (it was almost 8:30 am) but we managed to snag a place in line and the barista quickly moved through the line, taking everyone's order. We ordered the Caramel Frappe, Early Bird Shaken Espresso, the Banana's Foster Waffle, Breakfast Panini, and Avocado Toast to share. The Caramel Frappe and Early Bird Shaken Espresso were little bombs of glorious, creamy coffee. The Banana's Foster Waffle was a steaming hot, soft but crispy brown delight covered in caramelized bananas and sauce. The Breakfast Panini with cheesy goodness topped with the perfectly cooked eggs, melted in our mouths. The Avocado Toast was made with wonderfully fresh ingredients and was neatly displayed atop the crisp toast. When our breakfast arrived, our expectations continued to be exceeded. Each dish was wonderfully textured and full of flavor. The toppings worked together beautifully. Each dish was packed with flavor, and the avocado had a great consistency. By the end of the meal we were planning our next visit. The building is beautifully renovated on the inside and is quite a surprise when first walking through the door. Even with most tables full, the coffee shop showcased a calm and inviting atmosphere. Once you visit Black Creek Coffee, you will become a a regular patron!"

"To begin, the manager was very obliging, friendly, & willing to accommodate my requests. However, the overall service was disappointing. The employees servicing customers were very unprofessional and dismissive. I paid $50 for food & drinks, which were less than desirable. The drinks were extremely watered-down, and the food was subpar. I also received the wrong order, and upon returning the food- the employee’s mannerism was snide. Very Unwelcoming environment. As stated before, the manager was very kind & more than willing to refund my money."
