"Decent food, but $4 for plain coffee and $4 for half a cup of fruit? We were also offered a refill for orange juice without being told it was an additional charge. The Hills skillet was small for the price point, and had 4 spinach leaves total. The berry french toast was delicious and had a good amount of fruit. While the cafe is gorgeous, the walls are very echoey and the noise from tables can distract from enjoying your meal. Overall pretty disappointing, we were hoping to find a new go-to spot, but will be sticking with Cafe Mila down the street, which has a similar price point, but is family-owned and more bang for your buck."

"I’ve been to this great little restaurant twice now and I ordered the same thing. The first time I ordered the chopped salad entrée and it was delicious so I decided to order it a second time (2nd visit) to make sure it wasn’t a fluke. It was again fabulous! Friendly warm staff… Great food… And a charming atmosphere. Highly recommend."

"Very clean restaurant with a fantastic breakfast menu. Lots of options including gluten free. The food is fresh and service is friendly. It was a bit crowded but thats to be expected given how good the food is. Oh and the coffee they use is positively some best grounds I have had."

"Modern Diner, I got a table fairly easy on a sunday. Our server was FANTASTIC. She had great energy severing everyone! Food is standard diner food with diner prices but in a nice and clean area. Blueberry Pancakes are pretty but nothing fantastic for me. Normal Pancakes were great. Fresh Orange juice is great. Chicken Fried Steak and mashed potatoes are bland. Not a place I would personally go back to. But if you just want standard eggs and pancakes, its great."

"After trying the other location I was very happy this location lives up to expectation! I love the vibes of this place, very trendy and cute without being kitschy or “instagrammy”. The staff were very nice and prompt and everything you could ask for. Our waitress was very nice and attentive without feeling rushed. The hills skillet was 10/10 & well worth the upgrade to the blueberry signature pancakes for the side! Also really appreciate a cafe that also has very good coffee. Definitley will be back!"
