"The atmosphere is pleasant. The staff was friendly until I had concerns/complaints. I visited Southern Tire Mart needing service on my alignment. I called and set up my appointment, I brought my car in at the time scheduled and had requested something with the mechanic. A thin piece of metal was scraping against my wheel rotor what needed to be bent away. A quick fix that had I known I would've been charged over 100$ for someone to reach in a tire and bend it, I would've just did it myself. I asked about the outrageous price I was paying and was informed that because I had requested more work they charged a fee per hour they worked on my car. So they charged me extra for the time spent on the work I was already scheduled to receive instead of maybe just charging me a separate fee for the requested service. This is my experience, I hope that others who visit have a great experience and that this is entirely circumstantial."

"They are fast and efficient at what they do you need service they will get right too it for big rigs and normal pickup we were told a 30min wait and was out within 20mins great jobs guys keep it up !!"

"Awesome, Awesome, Awesome, When you have car problems, get ready to give up an arm and a leg, but this place and these Special people are so Pleasant and Awesome, they went out of their way to get me the Best price for repair, my mechanic Fernando was Great, he informed me what I needed and what could wait, The Front desk was Informative and Amazing, while other places try to pay off the mortgage with your business, this Place is nice and clean, Employees are Caring, Friendly and make you feel at home, I hate car problems but I Truly feel at ease taking my Vehicles here.
