"I was out of town in Eagle Pass when my car’s engine started leaking some fluid. With only a few days left on the trip, I was able to get my car checked out and the problem fixed with an overnight shipment of a part. Before taking my vehicle with them, I made other calls to other places that either refused to take my car since it’s an import or tried to charge me about $100 for just looking at it. Grateful for their services and quick work!"

"Terrible service, terrible unprofessional mechanics, and terrible experience. I confronted the owner after wasting 2 hours of my life waiting in the lobby just to find out my car hadn’t even been serviced yet. He then hid behind his son like a COWARD and proceeded to act totally unprofessional in front of his son and other employees and told me to kick rocks. There’s a reason people never return back to eagle pass after finally getting the chance to leave, I didn’t even want to return back to this town, and this was a good reminder why."

"I would like to express that I disagree. Take my 2023 Ford for its first oil change for work reasons. Do not take it to the agency since today is Saturday, December 9, 2023 and the agency closes early. Pay $300 for an oil change. What I got was that they left it all full of oil (everything was thrown at them and it was stained horribly) I asked them to fix it they put it with a spray that was almost empty I told them I still disagree and they said close them in 30 minutes come on Monday but I work on Monday outside the town. It would be easier for them to solve it today. I paid for a service and they did it wrong."
