"They only had vanilla or hazelnut options of sugar free coffees. I didn't get anything. I wished they had some sugar free caramel or other sugar free options for all the diabetics or keto people in town."

"I drove to this Midlo location because I was unable to order pick up (app was not allowing) at Waxahachie. I visit White Rhino at the least weekly and love the staff it’s always a pleasant part of my day at the Waxahachie location. Today I accidently drove up to the board at the Midlo and realized that I drove past speaker and another car had pulled behind me so I was unable to reverse. I waited a sec and window with no worries was eventually rudely greeted with only the window opening with a look of annoyance no hi or how can I help you. I explained I had an order pick up (was for 10:30 arrived at 10:35ish), she handed food and said next time let us know at speaker, I said of course I had accidently drove past it. No other words were said by the worker. It was the rudest oddest “Customer Service” I’ve had at a coffee establishment. My coffee was not that great either but it was the service that was most disappointing!"

"$7.03 (tax included) for a 16 oz (their largest size) I had the Sebastian which was delicious, but NOT worth the price. The service was quick and the people were civil. Overall, I definitely do not recommend & won’t return."

"I ordered an iced coffee and a Sebastian, both Large. I was surprised to see how small they were (16 Oz) and they still cost almost $6 each. The Sebastian tasted good, but the iced coffee was terrible. When looking for an Iced Coffee I will not be going back. Starbucks, Dunkin, and McDonalds are all much better for iced coffees and you get more for your money."
