Little Caesars Pizza

"I get the whole pick up order use code idea... but the tall black guy with long dreds refused to give me my pizza when I didn't have my code and refused to verify in any other way... then gave me attitude after I went to get my code. Just unnecessary. Like really dude you cant ask for an ID or my last name, just another way to varify."

"Poor Customer Service!! I placed an order and waited over 1 hour in the parking lot for the employees to acknowledge they screwed up and completed other customers orders prior to mine getting prepared. I attempted to speak with a "manager" regarding the issue an inquired about how they plan on addressing the issue also dealing with not only mine but other customers excessive wait time and the "manager" had no answer and just proceeded to walk back to the kitchen area and begin working again. It took another 15 minutes to still get my food after I walked inside and provided my frustrations with not getting my order in a timely manner. I have been a loyal customer for several years and by far this is the most disorganized, slow, lack of organizational leadership that I have experienced at a Little Caesars location ever!!"

"I ordered a cheese sauce pepperoni pretzel pizza, which I've ordered from here before without issue, however, this time, the pizza looked terrible and i even told the manager that. It looked like a pizza they were getting ready to throw away. I work in a bakery, and if ANY of my breads looked like the dough they used for this pizza, I would throw it away immediately. I called the store to see if they could remake it or give me a refund for it, the employee laughed on the phone and the manager was extremely rude, telling me that he made the pizza and it was fine and that I didn't know what I was talking about. It took my boyfriend having to talk to the guy for them to remake my pizza, but I'm way nicer than my boyfriend."

"This is an honest review. As soon as I walked in, the cashier was speaking rudely of another customer. The customer was not in the area to hear her. There is a drive through which is great if you order a head, and or want to wait 10 minutes per car in front of you. Inside, I ordered and paid for a classic cheese pizza, the cashier recommended to go through the drive through. I waited in the drive through close to 25 minutes, which is fine, but I handed her the receipt again so she can hand me the classic cheese pizza and when I got home I saw pepperoni. Please be sure to check you're prior to leaving."
