"I don’t even know where to begin, the customer service at this specific location has to be the worst customer service I’ve seen anywhere else in fast food in Brownsville. You can wait in line for 5-10 minutes before they even acknowledge you’re there, they know you’re there but they ignore you until they eventually feel like attending to you and the line that has accumulated. Staff doesn’t care much and they obviously treat customers in their “I don’t want to work here” attitude. Management is also terrible with the manager having a bad attitude 24/7 and becoming defensive when bringing up the service. This is beyond terrible considering there is never that many people eating here, and if you ever see a line form at the drive-thru just know it’s because they take their sweet time being unproductive in the kitchen as well as the front, and not because of a sudden “Burger King craze.” This is ridiculous and very unprofessional on their part and I would highly discourage anybody from eating at THIS specific location. Other places in Brownsville are way better and properly attend to the customers wants with a mutual respect being instated. I could go on for longer but I’ll stop now before I end up writing an entire essay on why the service here is atrocious. The food isn’t horrible but extremely dry, and the ingredients are usually never fresh. The quality of the food is just way below average compared to other Burger King chains in the valley. If you were absolutely starving and every other place was closed (which there are multiple fast-food restaurants open 24/7 within a 1 mile vicinity anyway) then just maybe you’d eat here. The place was renovated just a few years ago and it received an interior upgrade and somewhat an exterior one (the parking lot still has a lot of cracks and potholes). Upon entering there is a heavy atmosphere that feels hot and unpleasant. The AC feels as if it’s only working periodically. The air here also feels dense as if it becomes harder to breathe regularly requiring a little more effort, probably due to the kitchen lacking proper/efficient circulation. This is my first ever review, and probably my last since I never leave reviews (especially bad ones) due to me just wanting to enjoy my food and to continue on with my day. The fact that I felt that this review was necessary should mean something in regard to this specific location. My credibility lies with the fact that I’ve lived going to this Burger King my whole life (I live in close proximity) and it’s been getting and worse and worse over the past years. I’ve always loved Burger King but I’ve never been able to properly enjoy it due to the state of affairs of this location. 1/5 stars never returning. -jc"

"Haven’t been to this specific location in a while, but the atmosphere and service has improved so much! Got my food exceptionally quick didn’t wait long at all! Customer service was great, staff was very friendly! I asked why so much had changed and the cashier had told me it was under new management! The service has changed for sure, for the better!"

"Brandy, the manager, is the best. Has her store in superb condition, and the restaurant is super clean. Food is the best Burger King you get in the RGV. And I love Burger King since I was 4. Get to this store and check it out yourself. Best of the best."

"What a great time I had with my friends! The fries were hot & fresh and the store was so clean! The customer service was lovely. Brandy made sure we were well accommodated. This is 10/10 one of the best BK’s in the valley!"

"Where to start… ok lets begin with food. The burger had black lettuce on it, and the fries were hard, not crisp. The service was not good, there was like 4 customers in line for minutes and the employees were in the back speaking about other employees not pulling their weight and not “prepping” the night prior. They constantly ignored the customers and just looked at them and then went back to the back. The atmosphere was terrible, the kids playground had no AC and it was hot. The restaurant by the drinks had AC but I assume the smoke hoods are not working because they have a lot of smoke in the restaurant and its hard to breath. The slurry machines were not working and the ice cream machine wasn’t working either."
