"This place keeps hiring STUPID and UNEDUCATED EMPLOYEES. I was told the wait time was 18-20 minutes and they took 45 minutes to give me my food. I wasn’t greeted as entered, they were discussing how customers came upset because of the long wait and specially a STUPID AND UGLY EMPLOYEE who gives an attitude and rolls her eyes. She’s a skinny, short and IDIOT employee who thinks she’s doing us a favor. Hopefully the store owner or manager sees this and does something. Stop hiring stupid people and look for better employees, cause you never know when people will stop going to that place for the AWFUL SERVICE"
"Customer service needs to improve ASAP! Walk in cashier sees me but doesn’t not acknowledge us, standing there for a few minutes until assuming is the manager sees us and greats us and takes our order. Getting a drink and one of the flavors is all gassy same cashier sees me but just walks right away before I get to let her know. After a while she gets back and completely ignores me when I try to call her. Once I do let her know all she does is press the soda machine handle and rude like what are you talking about it’s full!"
"Worst fries in town, just disgusting soggy brown mess. Tenders way to small for the price. Mexican wingstop is miles better than this dogshet."
