"The restaurant and the food are great. I JUST do not understand why they close at 9pm the restaurant. It looks to dark the building when open. Needs more active employees."
"The employee was nice and professional. The food was freshly made. And the “freeze” drink was properly made. Almost never are all three of those things available at the same location. This is in reference to A&W. No clue about the Long John Silvers half of the restaurant."
"Having no idea of where to eat, my husband and I chose A&W. The website said open but when we called they said they open at 11. So i was frustrated there. When we ordered, they gave me the wrong drink of which i reminded them i got a float. The woman took my drink and not long after, i was told it would 10 minutes for my float or i could get another drink. Ten minutes for a float? Not to mention the soda my husband got had this nasty after taste. The service was inadequate, the staff there was not in the slightest ready to be open for business. This is an A&W Long John Silvers Restaraunt and i have been to others in the states and got great service and beyond. This store looks gross, the staff doesn't want to be there, and the food is a mess. The fries weren't fresh either. I don't recommend eating here but if you want to eat at A&W or Long John Silvers, go to San Antonio."

"Went by earlier today today to get some lunch with the family. We were very surprised and confused when we entered the restaurant. It was 11:10 when we arrived and the restaurant was completely empty. As we made our way to the counter we noticed the menu lights were off and that there seemed to be only one employee working. We were very confused and thought that maybe they were not open yet (although we later checked and verified the opening time is 10:30). We waiting for about a minute wondering what to do since the employee did not even acknowledge us. So rather than deal with someone who was having a bad day and did not want to be there we went to Chick-fil-a where we got great service and food."
