"Not happy with the food, it wasn't exactly good, but passable, I suppose. I dined in with my sister and my niece as well as my mother on her lunch break on her birthday, you see. I detailed out a note of what my order is due to being born deaf, they screwed up my order, only bringing half of my order and not the rest, even though I was detailed, so I was kinda upset about it (even when I tried not to be), trying not to overreact. My niece gagged on her food and had to get a different one. The food, after I informed them is missing arrives WAY later, tastes stale, again subpar -_- another further reason why I don't go to this restaurant. The only reason I came was for my mother's birthday and she chose here."

"One of the coldest days of the year, my husband and i wanted hot soup!! We got it at Chili’s!! Both of us ordered the Bottomless soup, salad, and chips! Each dish brought to us was fantastic! Ashley, our personable, sharp waitress brought out an ample basket of chips with a tasty salsa. I chose the chili (an upgrade for $1); my husband chose the enchilada soup. First though we were served a big salad with spring greens, red onions, tomatoes and delicious blue cheese dressing. Then out came our soup choices. I wanted to ask the chef the recipe for the “Texas” style chili (no beans), it was so good. My husband enjoyed thoroughly the enchilada soup so that that was my second “cup” of soup. Thank you, chili’s staff, for a great cold-day, lunch dining experience- no ski lodge, but it acted like it!!!"

"I went to this restaurant for a late lunch with my husband as we celebrated our anniversary all day. We had the chips and dip and added guacamole. It was very good. I had the chicken enchilada soup and loved it. My husband had the potato soup and said it was not as good as he thought it would be. The highlight of the meal was the waitress, who also worked the bar, and made an awesome strawberry margarita on the rocks. It was the best margarita I'd had in awhile. My husband had the regular margarita on the rocks and loved it. Last but not least, we came to Chili's to use the free dessert offer as part of the birthday month reward. We chose the key lime pie and it was bigger that it looked in the photo and was quite delicious. The service was great and they also had a good military discount."

"The food is always consistent and good, however service is a hit and miss. Part of it could be staffing issues and part of it is just the disarray I believe. On the upside their margaritas are good and fajitas after consistent. Down side is the cleanliness of the restaurant. This last visit I saw them cleaning tables with a dirty rag that sits at the host table. This is but appropriate cleanliness for a restaurant. Second and most alarming is the lack of condition and cleaning of the men's bathroom. Check out the photo I'm posting here. Urine all over the floor, dirty urinal, and holes in the wall. Come on Chili's you're better than that!"
